There is always something worth chasing!!

Being at a younger age we always felt to grow up very fast so that we can enjoy the freedom of not being into the bondage of going to school wearing the uniform. Some had an eye over the liberty to wear the informals, to have a cup of coffee in the canteen with our friends. Those who did not like to be in any kind of bondage of studies, somewhere in the corner of their heart they must have felt to grow so fast and join a job and enjoy their life.

Lesser did they know that the student life they were going through was the best time of their life. Each phase of life has a different essence altogether. Growing older one has to look after a job, their family, career growth, health and the list goes on. The battle between the heart and mind goes on whether to enjoy life by spending some for fun or by saving for the future of the family.

The stress or sometimes depression or anxiety that gets created has a negative impact on one’s health. Lack of exercise leading to cardiac issues or joint pains in later stages, lack of social support increase the chance of getting to unhealthy behavior such as smoking, eating high fat diet or alcohol increasing liver disease or getting overweight, diabetes, etc.

It’s said that live your life like it’s the last day of your life to live it to the fullest. Even though the brain gets tired by too many activities, we always have something in life that is worth chasing. Be it a smallest hobby like to learn painting, playing an instrument, reading, cooking, gardening, learning new things; which gets buried under the name of responsibility can be worth chasing for.
